Installing custom theme

I got a template off 4templates.com

I have the following folders:
1)HTML
2)HTML_Legacy
3)PSD

Now under HTML have:
1)Default
2)Layout
3)homepage etc
4)image

Which one of these files goes to which folder?
I tried root>themes and it didn't work, so please advice me on how to update this theme to the concrete dashboard

Is it just html/css template?
It's not enough to work with concrete5 - you need to change that html/css tempate into concrete5 theme. There are tutorials how to do that in this site, but you have to be a little familiar with html and css.
