Installing Downloaded Theme

I'm trying to install the "keepitsimple" theme from c5mix.com. I downloaded the file and unzipped it to my desktop. I then FTP'd the folder to the concrete--> themes directory on HostMonster. I've verified that the folder is in the correct directory. When I go to dashboard--> themes to install the theme it doesn't appear. Any suggestions?

stick it in the /packages folder, i believe its a packaged theme

Also make sure that the file your uploading contains a controller.php (sometimes the theme is inside another folder)

No it's not packaged up. Place the folder in the /themes directory (not concrete/themes).
