Installing Easy Button

Hi All,
I am a newbie and having a hard time installing a purchased add-on. I have followed all of the steps on the installation video but can't get anywhere .The "Easy Button" install is associated to my project; however, the install does not show up on Add functionality area on the DashBoard. I have released the install and started over using the video as a guide. Can someone please help the newbie?

Why don't you download a copy and upload it to your site in to the /packages directory...

Hi ThemeGuru,

This sounds really bad but I don't know how to do that. Is there a video I can watch to teach me? I am in healthcare and have been railroaded into designing our site. I know nothing about this. Everything that I have done on our site wwww.medicineinmotiontn.com was done by watching the videos provided by concrete5.
