installing from webmatrix2 app gallery

I am trying to install concrete5 in webmatrix2. I am selecting
v5.4 as the PHP version. Webmatrix2 installs 5.4.
When I try to run the site I get many variations of the error
listed below. I have searched all over and can't find anything.
Can you help?
