installing new theme?

Hi there everyone! I'm a newbie here and attempted to add a new free theme. However, it will not load, and only the original Element theme is loaded/installed.. It won't let me remove it, etc, and no idea why the free theme won't load or even give me the install option..

As a first check, make sure you have a theme that is compatible with the concrete5 version you are using.
