Hi All,

i am moving a concrete site to a new server and i followed the instructions "moving a site"

Everything worked fine until:
I changed the permissions on the files:
files/
packages/
updates/
config/
sitemap.xml
to read/write/execute for owner/group world

Before changing permissions, i actually checked the site and it was available ( with errors) but after changing permissions it is not reachable at all.

I tried it it several times, and checked the server configuration. The only thing that changed is the PHP version from Php 5.3.17 to 5.2.17. Could that be the problem?
