I bought the "Bootstrap" Theme

Where can I download it and where is a documentation explaining the installation of the Theme ?

You can installit to one of your "projects" from within your profile. Alternatively, you can download the archive, unzip it, and place the unzipped folder in your "packages" folder via ftp. Either way you go, then, visit dashboard > install to install the theme.
