Installing with Dot5Hosting errors

I'm trying to install with Dot5Hosting and I'm getting this error on installation: Concrete cannot parse the PATH_INFO or ORIG_PATH_INFO information provided by your server. I've seen other discussions on this but none seemed to answer the question. I spoke with Dot5Hosting and they said it has the capabilities needed for Concrete5 so I'm not sure. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I don't know if it can help. But I had the same issue with GoDaddy.

I have resolved by uncompress it directly in the server and add the php5.ini file with the content:
cgi.fix_pathinfo = 1
