Despite having installed C5 successfully, I am unable to on this occasion, The installs seems to do so correctly until it finishes/stalls onhttp://www.techeccentric.com.au/index.php/install/-/configure/...
I then check folders such as config and see the site.php file is empty (not built)

What puzzles me is that I already have working sites on the same server (Windows 2008 R2). The main thing i've noticed is that the install creates the site.php but without any content.

try installing at a subdirectory
amazing. only yesterday i hit the same problem and my partner and i discovered that it doesn't stall for him so we concluded that it must be permission based. We're investigating further today and will update later
