Instant Demo SIgn Up Issue

I have just tried to setup an demo site via the instant setup link, however once I fill in the information and click submit it just goes back to the instant setup page. However the actual site has been created, but will not accept username and paasword and will not allow a reset as it says email address is not valid.http://eastshore.c5host.com is one of the sites I have attempted to setup.

Please ignore this as it seems to be all corrected now, it has recognised my email address and is working, very strange, as I also got a friend who currently had an active site etc to test and he could not access either.
