Intall Error: "...concrete5 must be installed in an empty database."

Hi all, I'm quite new to concrete5 and have had a few issues here and there that, thanks to the form, I was able to resolve. That being said, I have encountered an error that I can't find a solution for in the forum.

When I try to install concrete5 to my site after uploading to the database, I get the error box (see attachment). After looking through the forum, I found some suggestions to use my phpMyAdmin and delete the tables from the database. I deleted ALL the tables from the database and tried to install it again on an EMPTY database, but it sill gives me the same error message. I have searched and search but to no avail. What is the problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If your database is definitely empty your browser cache and close it down.
Then open up a new browser window and start the process again.
I've seen this happen a number of times but you must make sure the darabase is empty. Sometimes in phpmyadmin the tables are split onto 2 pages.

you can also get this if the install hangs and you refresh your browser.
