invalid jobs directory

when i install 5.5.2 from scratch it comes up with this error every time.
Error: Invalid Jobs Directory /customers/8/d/f/byschaumann.dk/httpd.www/jobs
can anyone tell me what im doing wrong?
1) there is no folder called customers
The jobs folder is located in /concrete/jobs
