Ipage community sign in problem

On the form for access to the Concrete5 store and Forums I enter my email address.

I enter my email address which is the same as the one I use for my Concrete 5 site. I get an error message "This email address is already in use....enter another.

Since I have only one email address this is not possible. I tried again with a letter deleted from my email address and Voila...here I am. I don't think this will work for too long.

Suggestions please

I am a little confused on where this problem is occurring. Where are you trying to register where it says your email is in use?

I guess I got a little confused. Looks no like I already was registered for
the Concrete5 Community.

Oh man, I hope you aren't a bot as that sounds like such an awesome website.

It's possible that someone else might have entered that email here on this site. Try clicking the forgot my password link and see if you get an email to the email you want with a password reset.

And totally let me know if you need help with that site.

Thanks for the kind words. Since I'm able to access the Community, I guess
the problem is solved for now. I'll probably be back with another problem.
