issues regarding downloading themes

Hi

I have issues regarding downloading themes..

When i try to download, I get the following message:

fopen(/var/www/tmp/1427398165.zip) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory

Attached is a screenshot!
Please Help!

It may be that permission is not set to 777 so its happen. You may contact to theme administrator to change the permission.
