Items Missing in Add Functionality List

The last two purchases I've made, one addon on theme, are not appearing in my Add Functionality list under "Awaiting Installation". They appear in the project page on my C% account, but not in the website itself. You can see in the pictures attached that "FlickCrete" and "Salix" are not listed
