I currently have my website built on the Joomla 1.5 platform. I was about to upgrade it to Joomla 3.1, but have been advised to go to concrete5 as it is supposed to be a much better platform.

I DO plan on having a new webmaster design & simplify my current site within this quarter. IS there anyone out there willing and able to build the concrete5 platform and set me up AND/OR help redesign my site at a reasonable rate?
