Just did a fresh install and pages are not showing correctly on the web but in localhost every is fine. here is our website.

Ok after going through all that you suggested and many installs and reinstalls I come to find out that my problem was pretty url's and the htaccess file. Once I corrected the htaccess file all works fine. Thanks for your help.
OK after having what appeared be success, I was able to get our site out on the web and now it went right back to 404 not found. what the hell is going on. I am at my wits end.
Is pretty urls on again? If so try to disable it. You still seem to have issues with permissions.

It seems to be a permission issue. If you look in the console you can see the following error a multiple times.
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)
When you move the site to server you have to set the folder permissions. See the following article.

You can set permission via a FTP client or via the server.
