Linking pages together

I have my pages put together, but I'm not sure how to link them. I used the content block to add the page links, but when I click my site map on my website, it doesn't go to the correct page. The only page I can navigate to is the home page. I'm (obviously) very new to building a website and need help. If anyone has the answer, I would appreciate the help.

have you tried a Page list block or autonav instead?

Also: When you save the auto-nav block, you may want to hover to edit again, but select custom template instead to choose a horizontal menu style

Also, your actual URL's are not entered correctly for the method you're trying. For example /about/ should be /index.php/about unless you activate pretty URLs from the dashboard
( Dashboard > Systems & Settings (lower left) > SEO & Statistics (Top center) > Pretty URLs )
EDIT: The path to pretty URLs may vary... I just noticed the version of Concrete5 your site is using is a couple years old. Let me know if you can't find it. For version 5.4.2.x Try Dashboard > Sitewide Settings > Linking (upper right) and check off pretty URLs
