Hi chrismodlao,
In addition to poor reviews and general performance issues, GoDaddy hosting has been a source of problems for many concrete5 users.
Are you able to switch hosting providers? It might save you additional problems in the future.

Yes after searching on the concrete5 forum i had notice that with Godaddy Hosting.
But the point is that it's not mine choice and i have to stick to it (client side).
Still dont know what to do with it. I'm trying to chat with Godaddy support but i'm pretty sure nothing will be solved from their side.

Ok i found a solution :
I did follow the solution of : jasonkf1 replied on Jul 14, 2013 at 11:18 am
https://www.concrete5.org/community/forums/installation/site-down-wi...
But i was not putting the php.ini and php5.ini to the root level.
And i just proceed to move the files and it works.
But still what an headache to setup a concrete5 website to godaddy.
For information after chattoing with them, that's what they gave me and also they explained to me that because concrete5 is a third part they will not give help further than this link :

Hope it helps some.
