Log-In Issues?

I just signed up yesterday. Now, my first time trying to actually log in to my site post sign-up, I am unable to (though I've been able to log into the community just fine). Just in case I have my password wrong, I sent a reset password requests - which usually generate a response within minutes. It's been two hours. Does anyone have any experience with this? I'm feeling so frustrated because I have so much to do yet on my site that I'm just getting started on, and yet I'm waiting and waiting... and this site seems impossible to find a way to send a support ticket for an issue such as this, they just try to keep redirecting you to your webhost or where you've purchased add-ons from... I've tried both my home and work computers. I've tried Google Chrome & Firefox. I've tried usernames and e-mail as username. I am able to log in to my web host, and tried clicking on log-in from there, but always get to a Concrete5 log-in page that doesn't work when I try to log in. Yes, I have checked all my spam accounts. Searching the forums, I mainly find stuff about log-in for users on the site, or logging in after an upgrade, not logging in being new to your own site... And I've tried asking for ASAP help, and so far no one has responded to me. Maybe I'm not being patient enough, and I understand technical issues sometimes take some time to look at, but I feel like this just being a log-in issue is something that should get resolved right away. Hours later, and it'd at least be nice to be given an idea of wait time if nothing else - and if this issue can get resolved ASAP, even better. Anyone else have issues like this? I'm new to this, having used sites like yola.com in the past, and not good at the coding but chose Concrete5 because of the user-friendliness & blocks - but so far I've had more troubles than any new user should on a user-friendly site. Please help, and thanks in advance.

When you say you have signed up, who have you signed up with?
Have you installed a copy of Concrete5 on your hosting account or was it an install done via your hosting company?
What URL is your site on?
As much information as you can provide will help the community to help you.

It was a one-click install via Dreamhost. It works fine on first getting in. Since this post (which kept showing the circle of death so I didn't even realize it went through, thus my next action) I tried to uninstall and reinstall. I'm logged in still under chrome, but tried to also log-in under firefox to test the issue and it's still not working to use my log-in info, and the send e-mail reset still did not send an e-mail. It's hypnosuperior.com ...http://hypnosuperior.com/concrete5/index.php/login/... was the latest log-in site I had, which as far as I can tell IS through Concrete 5 - it does have the concrete 5 logo in the upperhand corner.

I signed up through DreamHost via one-click install. It allows me to log-in when I first install Concrete5 (as I've now uninstalled/reinstalled) - but if signed out or try from another computer, does not allow me to log in.

This is the latest log-in thing it shows for me as an adminstrator to get into my account no matter how I try to get to it:http://hypnosuperior.com/concrete5/index.php/login/... - but it simply does not recognize my username or password, nor is it sending me an e-mail to reset password when I try that.

wow, sorry .... having issues all around with concrete & dreamhost since signing up, including posting on here it seems. I didn't see a delete option for all those multiple posts - moderators feel free to just leave one and clean this up a bit if you're able. Thanks.

I did send an e-mail to dreamhost about a half hour ago as well so they can double-check on their install end. So far no response.
