mapped domain, cannot hide full path

on cpanel, I have a parked domain mod_rewrite to point to a directory "concrete"
after installation, all url are like
"domain.com/concrete/about" or "domain.com/concrete/index.php/about"
The same page works fine as "domain.com/about"
but all the links created by auto-nav automatically insert that directory name
How do I hide the full path for auto-nav and page list
