Market Place in the Backend

I have just moved services, I am able to login to the marketplace in the dashboard but after logging into the marketplace and clicking ok on the pop up dialog, the system does not think I am logged in and oncew again ask me to log in.

Here is the php configuration, let me know if you see something missing in here.

Wow, ok quickest fix and dumbest mistake ever. I forgot to define the tmp upload folder in the custom php.ini. problem seems solved.
