Memory Error when Updating from 8.4.2 to 8.4.4

This may be a dumb question, but when I try to update an existing site, I click on the download button and immediately get the following memory error:
Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 45100264 bytes)
I've gone into my PHP admin and upgraded all of my memory allocations far larger than what is quoted above, and it still doesn't work. What memory then, is this referring to?
