Menu CSS broken after C5 Upgrade

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to why my menu is no longer showing properly after my upgrade to the newest version of C5? It is a Project Seven menu, and all the files related to it still exist on the server. Help! I'm at a loss. Thanks everyone!
