Migrate the content from a c5host demo page to new server?
Hi everybody
My client played a bit with a demo installation of concrete5 on c5host.com and now he likes me to migrate this content to his new productive server.
I have installed concrete5 on the productive server, and migrated all the database tables successfully, but now there's some files missing, e.g. installed packages and uploaded images etc. How do I get those?
Thanks a lot
Josh

Hi Josh,
I think the perpuse of c5host.com is to show the power of C5 and the easyness of editing content. It is a great place to play with the dashboard etc but it is not the right place to start building a site, it is a demo site.
But take a look at this post:

maybe the answer from 12345j brings any releave.

Yeah like Vince mentioned, if you are attempting to move the c5 demo that is set-up on Concrete5 servers then its obvious that the server is just for testing on the fly.
If you client is satisfied and wants to have it locally, then you should install a fresh instance of C5 on his pc on a webserver like Xampp or the others.
