Migrating a trial site to new hosting company

I have had this message from the new hosts - "We have reviewed your inquiry, however we will not be able to initiate a transfer, due to the fact that we were not able to backup your from its admin area.
Therefore please contact the support team and request a full backup of your website. After it has been generated, please upload it into your account via either cPanel ---> File Manager or an FTP client."
I cannot find a way of contacting Concrete to ask them for a backup.
