Migration of site resulted in missing file manager, pages & themes ,users&groups

Hi
I successfully migrated my site to a new server and all is okay except I cannot access the users & groups, file manager pages & themes or add functionality pages. Clicking on any of these returns a http 500 error. Everything else seems to work. Version is 5.4.1.1
