Missing "Search Pages" dashboard page

For some reason, while every single page within the dashboard works just fine, the "Search Pages" section under "Sitemap" does not display properly. After checking out the source of the page it looks as though the header and footer are not being pulled in at all, hence all the css/js is missing and is therefore non-functional. Has anyone come across this problem or know what might have gone wrong?
