Missing table: btDashboardNewsflowLatest

Hello,
I installed release 5.4.2.2 and lots of plugins, then I got the problem of not being able tu upload files. Trying to fix it (before a proper solution was explained on this forum) I installed the nightly build (5.5 beta) but misinterpreted the installation instructions (I put the full package in the /concrete folder) and things when a bit wrong...
Finally, I did manage to install 5.5.0 (as I couldn't move back to 5.4.2.2) and fixed the upload files problem, and everything seemed to be working fine till today, where I got the error message that table btDashboardNewsflowLatest is missing. I checked the database and it is missing, so I guess the db update script did not run properly while installing the 5.5 beta.
Is it safe to run the script manually? Any other way to fix this?

I did that. What happened is that I didn't do it well when upgraded from 5.4.2.2 to the 5.5 beta. When I upgraded from beta to 5.5.0 I guess the scripts assumed the database was already upgraded.
