Hi, there. I should first point out I'm pretty new to this... I've been trying to install Concrete5.1.0 in my webspace, I've put in php 5.2.1, and I've changed permissions to config/ and files/ directories, but still having no luck.
One detail has seemed to be off though - I''ve heard that you need to change the permissions on files/ and its sub-directories, but there are no sub-directories in my zip file. Am I missing something?

(When I go to my front page I'm getting the
403 error or function t() error a fw other people are getting, if that makes any difference)
