I'm working with concrete5.6
Basically I moved my website from dev server to the live one, I did it the usual method:
- Export database and website files from the dev server
- Import them into the new fresh server
- Corrected the config/site.php details.
Everything was nice and good, just few images were missing so its just a matter of changing few links, so when I decided to test it, issues appeared. I logged in, and before anything else I just wanted to corrected the links which were linking to the dev's server website, I did that, and as usual I decided to preview/publish changes that I've done, and the whole website went blank. What I mean by blank is not exactly white background and thats it. Website had its body background image (pattern) and whole content of the website, all blocks, stacks, literally the whole content of the site is just gone, including the edit toolbar. First thing that came to my head was that I should maybe clear cache, so i went and did that and no change, after a time I figured out that when I clear my database (truncate tables) and import the exported version from the dev's server again, everything comes back to its original (nearly perfect) state where only few images were missing, and whatever I do : clear cache, edit -> preview/publish changes, the website just goes "blank" and I can't do anything with it.
