Moved Site, now Fatal Error in Library - What gives?

The site was moved after it was completed and now whenever I try to get in function or add block I get this error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class LibraryFileBlockController in /var/www/MilliesEngineeringGroup/concrete/blocks/library_file/controller.php on line 340
How do I fix this? Help!!!
