Moving a licence

Hi I've purchased and installed the discussion forum add on , but need to install on a 'live' version of my site on the same web host.
What I've been reading on this forum is that I can assign licences to specific sites. I have connected to the marketplace from my 'test' site.
I find that in the community my project page is empty and on my site there is nothing I can find to 'connect' either site to the community only to the marketplace where the project page has no sites and I don't seem to have the option to edit.
The version I use is 5.3.3.1 if that makes a difference

If you've already assigned the license to an older project page you should be able to move it to the new one as well. Just unassign the license from your old project page (little text link under the list of add-ons/themes) and then you should be able to reassign it to the new one.
