Moving a Site from Windows to Linux

I'm trying to move a site from Windows installation using Bitnami to Linux. I'm having trouble at the first step of your tutorial about backing up the database. Can you provide more detailed instruction?

phpMyAdmin from localhost shows no non-default databases. Not sure what my database name is anyway. How do I list them?
