Moving from dev server to live server

We have an existing C5 site on a live server and we have been developing an updated version of the site (with new theme, new pages and content) on our development server.
We are almost ready to transfer the dev server back to the live server, but we are not sure how we can transfer JUST the pages and content to the live site - the dev and live site databases were synced about 2 weeks ago, but obviously the live site has changed since then, so we cannot simply upload the entire database.
Is it possible to just upload the tables that relate to the pages and content blocks? Or is there another method?

If you have changes in both databases that you want to keep, there is unfortunately no way to merge them automatically -- you will need to manually add the content into the live site that was added to the dev server since your last synch.
