I've sifted though all the move site threads on the forum, and I've even done this successfully with another site, but this time I'm really having problems.

Followed the directions in another thread.

At first when I tried to login with the moved site, I would get redirected to the /new folder.

I then went back and tried it all again.
this time removing the /new folder before trying to login. Now when I login I get redirected back tohttp://www.coxmemorials.com with no edit bar.(I assume it should be there). But as soon as I navigate to another page the edit bar appears and remains like normal from then on.

So why am I not getting the toolbar after logging in?
