Moving Site from Windows to Bluehost - BIG PRoblem

I am moving a c5 site that was setup on a windows 2003 server to bluehost, I used mysql Administrator to backup the DB and imported on bluehost. The problem is all the table names are lower case from the windows box and bluehost mysql is case sensitive. Any quick workaround or help would be great.

This problem has bitten a number of us. See this thread for a script you can execute to change the table names to the correct ones.

Bummer, I would have paid 50 bucks not to rename each one by hand... Great work... Ill buy it next time for sure.

That's offtopic, but I wouldn't recommend Bluehost. A little google search reveals why:
