Moving website to another host?

Hi,
I moved the site to a new host and it first glance it seems but then I tried to login to admin and then problems came up.
1.IE9 not able to login at all it's just redirects you back to the home page every time.
2. Able to login to in Chrome - File Manager->tried to upload small file and I got unknown error message.
Went to settings if I try to save setting it returns error message
"The following errors occurred when attempting to process your request: Invalid form token. Please reload this form and submit again.".
Any ideas?

Have you changed the file save location in system and settings? Your new provider may have a different path to your /files folder. Ask the provider for the full path and check it against what you have.
And where exactly it's located mysql table or in some file?
Dashboard - system & settings - environment - file storage locations
Once you have that open a support ticket or email your new host and ask them if that is the correct path. If not ask them what is correct and change it in the file storage locations.
Also, did you put the correct permissions for /config /files etc... ?
I'm running 5.4.2 It doesn't have this option.
I'm really frustrated right now. I spend hours trying to figure it out but not getting anywhere. Checked permissions etc everything looks good. Also I tried to add new user and that didn't work either no errors nothings just returns you previous page.

How exactly it will help you to determine the issue?
