Multiple File Uploading Not Working

HI all,

My site seems to have developed a problem. When I click the multiple upload hyperlink in File Manager, I get a message "Unable to Add files". I get no opportunity to choose files and the pop up window cannot be closed.

Site is running 5.5.2.1 Concrete.

anyone have any ideas what the problem could be?

I had this on a site due to a permission error. Apache could not write to the directory.

I have also seen this with image files that were extremely large (over 4 MB).

I'm not getting as far as actually selecting a file. I will check the permissions though.
