After carefully upgrading the core, starting with an early 5.4.x version and working my way up to 5.5.0, everything went well until crossing into the C5 developer's quantum leap into 5.5.0 when the major overhaul of the core was done. Those of you who have been using C5 know what I'm talking about.

The site looks ok, but editing processes, like adding new blocks, are breaking in the css and probably with the ajax and javascript too (see attachent). Would anyone be willing to take the time to look at my site (on a hidden development link) in edit mode and troubleshoot what may be causing portions of my site in edit mode to break?

This site originally had scrapbook addons. I got rid of those because they are not supported in current version, but there may be a remaining addon causing the problems (some of the addons I am using say they upgraded successfully, but I question that. I've followed updating the core with updating the addons. I'm not sure if the editing break happened at 5.5.0 or more recent upgrades. I followed C5 procedures to upgrade in steps an not upgrade straight to the most recent version.
