my conrecrete5 installion appears in 2 folders in bluehost

My site crashed and I asked bluehost to remove previous installation. I could not reinstall last night but this morning I was able to install a new one. After installation I noticed I have 2 concrete5 installation folders. One under public/.... and the other under the www section I wonder which one is correct. I notice that my htaccess file in under the public/... area.
