My Site seems to be "hackable"

Hi Guys,
today i recieved a Mail from my Friend. He tested my Site on XSS-Exploits and some other stuff (I attached the PDF-File)

Is my Site really this unsecure?
I am shocked, because i dont want my site to get hacked by some jerks...


Can you tell me, how to fix these Security holes?

almost all of those can't do any sort of harm at all, like the install page, that can't be access in any way after installation

btw you left a file in /de-de/themes/atomohost/index.html which gave you a bunch of those
