My website broke down

Hi,
I recently upgraded to 5.6.2.1. After I upgraded my site, the site broke down now my site or some of my pages are blank and I get this:
“<link rel="stylesheet" media="screen" type="text/css" href="
Fatal error: Call to a member function getPackageHandle() on a non-object in /home2/jkskarat/public_html/updates/concrete5.6.2.1_updater/concrete/core/libraries/view.php on line 124”
I had similar problem last year in November after I upgraded my site with 5.6.0.2 version.
I contact with my hosting company and the send me this:
“the website is showing in the error log as
PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Suhosin Extension does not officially support PHP 5.2 and below anymore, because it is discontinued. Use it at your own risk. in Unknown on line 0” They upgraded the PHP.
Any help is greatly appreciated. If there is anything else you need please let me know.

You could try and comment out the link to it in php.ini?
