My website disappeared
Permalink
My concrete 5 site disappeared after I logged in to the dashboard to do some work. I was on it for about 5 min when the site disappeared and all I am getting now is website cannot be diplayed Most likely causes:
•The website is under maintenance.
•The website has a programming error.
Under the more info it was This error (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error) means that the website you are visiting had a server problem which prevented the webpage from displaying.
We looked at our server and everything is running smoothy. Any suggestions. Do I have to redownload an older version for the site to come back?

Hi, I tried using that link and the page will still not come up
Hello healthystartpittsburgh,
I recommend checking your .htaccess file, which should be in the root of your concrete5 installation. This file may have a redirect, or something incorrectly coded. Test it by renaming it, for example:
.htaccess.old
That will disable it, then check your site. You may have to clear your browser cache. If that doesn't help, you can always rename it back to: .htaccess
Next, I would check the file permissions for your Concrete5 files. Folders should be 755, and files should be 644.
I hope this helps,
