MySQL cluster

I have setup a 3 node MySQL database cluster for testing with Concrete5. Installation of Concrete5 (version 5.7.5.1) worked without any issues. However, I am continuously getting Access Denied issues when trying to make changes within the dashboard or when trying to access the dashboard settings. Has anyone else had any issues running Concrete5 in a mysql cluster?

Can you export the database an test without a cluster setup?

I have seen Access Denied messages when a database is corrupted (or obviously when you don't have access), if you are the super user you shouldn't see them.
