mysql network solutions - loss css and more

please excuse if the terminology is incorrect. i am rather an amateur.

i have uploaded everything i need to my host [network solutions] - imported mysql database etc.

my url is now working, but all my css and links are lost. except for the superfish nav i added on. along with access to my dashboard.

i am at a total loss on this one? can anyone possibly help me out. i am under quite the deadline
