First things I would try, would be to clear the cache or try editing a block on the page, and just save it without making changes, then publish the changes. You have a link we could look at?

I cleared the cache and edited a block.
Cache clear didn't help a general text block updated.
Seems odd that all is fine in edit mode. Then once I exit, menu and page list go away.

I did a test (control group) by just loaded a default 5.4 concrete5 and then upgraded it through the levels to 5.6

Holds up fine so something is conflicting with our existing sites that disables the auto-nav and page list functions in our existing sites. Need to trouble shoot it to to see what it could be. Since we have a about 100 sites to update, we need to make it as painless as possible.

Any thought as to why auto-nav and page list would not hold up from 5.4 to 5.6? Or anyone have similar conflicts after the upgrade?

After upgrading a site from 5.4 to 5.6 I lose my Auto-Nav when I view the site. But when i sign in and put it in edit mode, it's there. Sign out. It's gone. Any thoughts on what would cause this? Please let me know.
