Need Help Please

Is there a way to turn off the Captcha? I have a user who is using Mozilla. Signs up, answers the Captcha correctly and then is taken to a page that says he's exceeded his attempted log-ins. It's like captcha hell! I delete him as a user and add a new user, but same stuff happens.

Can someone please help me out.

You can disable the Captcha from showing up on the registration form, and this is done in the dashboard. Simply go to:

dashboard/system/registration/public_registration/

You'll see a checkbox for CAPTCHA. If it's checked, you will need to uncheck it and save.

However, if you are trying to register the same user more than once, it is likely that they already have an account. If you want to make sure that you are adding them fresh, go to 'Members' section in the dashboard, and remove the user that is having issues. Then, you should be able to add with no problem.
