suddenly i could not enter my website,and know i think that my website is lost =(
now i tryed installing it Again but i get and error everytime
Class '\Concrete\StartingPointPackage\Standard\Controller' not found
i have been talking to unoeuro, but they say it is not there fault, but i could pay 25 euro to get a back up.

Please look for the following:
- Is the file "concrete/src/Package/StartingPointPackage.php present? Set it´s rights to 755
- Is the file "concrete/src/Package/StartingPointInstallRoutine.php present? Set it´s rights to 755
Is your old not working site still online? We should try to fix this, not the reinstall
- Is the file "concrete/src/Package/StartingPointPackage.php present? Set it´s rights to 755

Sorry, but If you don´t know where to access these files I think 25€ is a good investment. You need to access your site with FTP to change the file permissions and look for code.
I found it but i cant change any Numbers
What FTP Client are you using? If you´re using filezilla right click on that files and go to file-permissions. Give them 755 and try again.
