Well Concrete is off the table, this time likely permanently!!!

I can't go over a month with no response. Granted, I am not a paying customer, but no one has given service worthy of even considering any level of paid support. Such a sad set of circumstances. The product has the potential to blow away the open source competition and even lots of over-priced bloatware in the commercial realm.
